Sanford is a 6'3 guard out of Lexington, Kentucky. I hadn't heard much about him until later in the recruiting process but it looks like the Hoyas could be getting a diamond in the rough type player. He played his High School ball at Lexington Catholic and really put his name on the map late in the season.
From what I hear this kid can make it rain. Georgetown really need some guys to open up the opposing defenses with some three point shooting. This could be the guy that makes those sagging zones go away.
I also have another request for Vee: Please don't cut that hair. I love what this kid has going on!
If they are somehow able to get Latavaious Williams this offseason will be a pretty big success, especially when you consider how it started.
