longest day ever...

See this is what happens when you do the practical thing instead of listening to your heart. Today has definitely been the longest day of the year and we still have two hours until Hoyas v Cardinals.

You get so used to going to all of the games and then you have to try and find a way to survive until 9pm. It hasn't been easy. Let me give you the rundown:

Started off with some Premiership soccer at little past 7am. Newcastle v Aston Villa and then Sunderland v Wigan. Switch gears to college basketball with a little Notre Dame v Marquette. After rooting against the once again victorious Irish, I had to get out of the house. Clocktower Gold's was my next destination. Some plyometrics and some cardio would surely make the day go quicker right?

WRONG.

Next up I find myself looking at bedding at Target. Yeah I know not real manly but whatever I need some new stuff. Anybody that knows me knows that I never just go and buy something. I have to look at the same product on at least 3 separate occasions before handing over my shiny red visa check card.

Alright finally it is 5pm and I'm at Church. This is guaranteed to take an hour. Ok now I'm walking Rocky around the block and waiting for my pizza to get out of the oven. Nothing better than a Tombstone brah.

Oh great we interrupt your normally schedule Saturday in February to break the killer news that Redskins just gave up on their coaching search and went with the guy they hired over a week ago to run the offense. Pretty normal. At least he has never been a coordinator before. I feel really good about his hire. I bet Zorn will have no problem doing things the way he wants to do them with Snyder around. Awesome.

Alright I'm gonna go eat this silly pizza and catch the game with the Thiems. Jacob is the ultimate good luck charm.

I believe in a thing called Roy.....

Peace Out Homie
